The Connected Homes Platform is a marketplace platform that connects real estate agents, sellers, buyers, and renters. We do not act as a real estate broker, agent, lender, or property manager. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• User Verification (KYC): We may require users, particularly agents and sellers, to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for identity verification. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail the verification process.

All property listings, photos, videos, descriptions, messages, and profile information posted by you are considered “User Content.”

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, but grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Platform.
• Accuracy: You warrant that all Listing/Property Data you provide is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes upon intellectual property rights of others.

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Engage in any form of “spamming”, phishing, or unsolicited commercial electronic messages (UCEs) through the Platform’s communication features.
• Use the Platform to solicit or perform services outside of the platform with the intent to circumvent service fees.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY LISTINGS OR OTHER USER CONTENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTED HOMES LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Sections related to ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability will survive termination.
